I can't get my Throttle Cut to operate correctly. I set it for 22% but it moves my throttle to the Open postion, not closed. If I reverse my servo, it would work but then everything else is off. How do I fix this?

Try setting your Throttle Cut to 15% or below, this should work for you correctly and you will not have to reverse anything.
